New Zealand, April 17, 2023 – Nexans, a leading provider of cable technology solutions, is launching Nexans Fire Safety, an all-in-one offer encompassing state-of-the-art fire protection cabling solutions, including modular wiring solutions and smart packaging, as well as premium services and digital tools.

Over the past few years, New Zealand has recorded 2,577 building fires, resulting in a significant number of fire-related injuries and fatalities caused by smoke, as well as extensive material and environmental damages. Designed in the Group’s Innovation Center AmpaCity in France, within Nexans specialized Fire Lab,  Nexans fire-resistant ALSECURE® cables maintain electrical circuit integrity up to two hours.
